The contract period will be 3 years, commencing April 2018, with the option to extend for a further year by mutual agreement with the suppliers. The total overall expenditure on these services is estimated to be in the region of 100 000 GPB per annum (please note that this figure is given for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed). Services under the frameworks will also be ordered by English Heritage and Historic Environment Scotland. It is envisaged that the top scoring 6 to 8 suppliers from the selection process, for each lot will be invited to tender. We anticipate that 4-6 suppliers for each lot will then be appointed as framework suppliers.
