Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the construction of 8 assisted living homes and associated works in Ventnor Close and 3 assisted living homes and associated works in Ashley Close, Swindon\r \r The procurement is split into two Lots - Lot 1: 3no. 3 bedroom assisted living homes within Ashley Close and Lot 2: 8no. 2 bedroom assisted living homes and additional parking spaces within Ventnor Close.\r Each Lot will be awarded as a JCT Design and Build contract. Bidders may bid for one or both Lots and will be evaluated and awarded separately and contracts awarded to one or more than one supplier. \r \r Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.\r \r To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents.
