The specialist design, manufacture, supply and installation of enhanced security communal entrance doorsets manufactured in aluminium, mild steel or stainless steel operated by a compatible door entry/electronic access control system c/w a cyclical service and responsive maintenance package The performance and enhanced security accreditation specification requirements are as follows: • Accredited Third party certification to PAS 24 • Certification to STS 202 Burglary Rating 2 (minimum) or LPS 1175 Security Rating 2 (minimum) • CE Marking of product • Secured by Design This framework will be operated under three (3) main workstreams, designated by the door leaf construction, namely - • Workstream 1 = Aluminium • Workstream 2 = Mild Steel • Workstream 3 = Stainless steel A further workstream - Workstream 5 - comprising those best VFM companies selected from the tenders to service Workstreams 1, 2 & 3 is included thereby offering a choice of materials to the purchaser under one workstream
