Shared Study Package 3 - Derby & Lenton for the University of Nottingham - AWARD

The works involve the internal re-modeling of existing bedrooms. Including new floor coverings, decoration, internal portioned walls, and associated M&E Works. Section 1 - Derby (Block I - Rooms I16 & I17 and Block A - A17 & A18) - Re-modelling to form new protected lobby & individual study spaces in I16 & I17. A17 & A18 are to be altered to form new en-suites Section 2 - Lenton (Block 9 - Rooms 1 & 2 and 11 & 12) - Re-modelling to form new protected lobby & individual study spaces
