Specialist Consultancy Services

To provide specialist consulltancy support in relation to • Global head-hunting of projects, finance, IP and talent • On the ground support for HETV and film productions filming in the West Midlands • Stakeholder and industry management • Regular contacts with commissioning bodies nationally and internationally • Provide advocacy and support for regional talent and projects • Lead delivery of the next phase of the WM inward investment strategy to increase production, investment and talent across the West Midlands • Work with Create Central, WMCA and partners to support the development of a WM Production Office • Work with regional and national partners such as DCMS, BFI and Creative England to identify sources of production investment for the region
