Local Growth Plan Capacity and Investment Pipeline Development -

Tees Valley Combined Authority (the 'Contracting Authority'), part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group are looking to procure a consultant to use existing mechanisms (e.g. meetings, gatherings, groups, networks) and, where necessary, facilitate a series of accessible engagement events with identified stakeholders to test our economic growth ambitions, narrative and to inform policy proposals to realise these, in addition to understanding how best to continue engagement throughout the Local Growth Plan's lifespan and as we move into delivery. The consultant shall also develop and test a robust, effective and accessible investment pipeline to attract public and private investment across our region, which will inform the future Tees Valley Investment Plan and be in a format which can be easily updated by TVCA in the future. £60,000.00
