Description
ESPO is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the supply and direct delivery of a rangeof milk and dairy products. The range of products includes but it not limited to milk, flavoured milk, cheeses,cream, butter, yoghurts, bread and eggs. ESPO will impose on economic operators requirements aimed at protecting the confidential nature ofinformation made available throughout the procurement procedure (as permitted by Regulation 21(3)) and,before receiving that information, economic operators will be required to complete and return a ConfidentialityAgreement, which will be available once economic operators have expressed an interest in the tenderopportunity. As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by Public Bodies (defined https://www.espo.org/ESPO/media/Documents/FAQs/ESPO-s_powers_to_trade__website_-2016-12-22.pdf) that also fall into one of the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authorities; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; or any public body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
