Durham County Council is developing an internal LED replacement programme with the aim of replacing existing light fittings with LED energy efficient units to Durham County Establishments. To support the replacement plan Durham County Council are seeking to put in place a Framework Agreement for the Design and Supply of internal LED Luminaires and associated fittings and spares.
