Enhanced Early Years Provision in South Worcestershire

The Council has a duty to ensure sufficient early years provision is available for eligible 3 and 4-year-olds (as per statutory guidance), including children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and wishes to enter into a contract for an Enhanced Early Years Provision for children whose identified complex needs make it difficult to attend a mainstream early years provision within South Worcestershire. The contract is made under Regulation 32(2)(a) as the initial open procedure procurement exercise linked to notice FTS number 2023/S 000-023551 - dated 11/08/23 failed to generate any tenders.
