Description
Established in September 2015, GLT is the UK’s largest all-girls, all-state-funded multi-academy trust. It currently comprises three successful and high-performing secondary schools in the London Borough of Sutton. With a combined student population of over 4,500 girls aged 11-18 and a workforce of nearly 500 staff, it operates across three large sites. The Trust has a financial turnover of approximately £30 million and is committed to delivering and maintaining outstanding educational environments through high-quality partnerships. This tender opportunity is closely linked to the Trust’s strategy, in particular the following enablers: 1. Championing evidence-led and insight-informed decision-making 2. Providing a modern, secure and stable IT infrastructure 3. A coherent system for education assurance and development Further, the tender rationale reflects the Trust’s ongoing commitment to excellence, innovation, and long-term value for its schools and wider community. The Trust is now tendering for the provision of Management Information System Services, with a contract start date of 1st November 2025. The contract value is expected to be circa £35,000 + VAT per annum and for the initial three year term the expected value is circa £105,000 + VAT. The Trust will be using a two stage competitive flexible process. The contract will run for an initial three-year term, with termly and annual reviews in place. To ensure flexibility for both parties, should the relationship not prosper, a break clause has been included. There is also an option to extend the contract for a further two years (1+1), by mutual agreement, subject to satisfactory qualitative and financial performance.
