ITT_3795_PHE_ Corporate_ Wellington House Shower Refurbishment

Public Health England (PHE), also referred to as the 'Authority', is looking to appoint a contractor to undertake the refurbishment works at Wellington House,Waterloo Road,London SE1 8UG. Refurbishment and alterations to convert the existing post room into new shower facilities, to the ground floor of Wellington House. Works include but are not limited to; demolition of existing partitions, installation of partitions and doors, new finishes (decoration, wall tiling, flooring and ceilings), installation shower, tray and enclosure, fixed furniture and new kitchen to post room. Alterations to the existing mechanical services including the H&CWS, ventilation, fan coil units and above ground drainage. Alterations to the existing electrical installation including alterations to power & data, new electric heating, water heaters and lighting alterations.
