Great Place Wentworth and Elsecar Brief for Monitoring and Evaluation

Barnsley Council on behalf of Great Place Wentworth and Elsecar was seeking to appoint a consultant (or consultant team) to monitor and evaluate the delivery of the three year Great Place programme funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) and Arts Council England (ACE). Great Place Wentworth and Elsecar have allocated significant budgets to the evaluation element of delivery. A strong evaluation, learning toolkits, case studies and data is key to the legacy of this programme through creating a powerful case for culture as a driver for change. We were seeking to explore innovative new ways of demonstrating the impact of culture.
