The services required are to manage the RIS3 Early Start Programme, providing tangible outputs such as approach and strategy discussions and documentation, as well as the documentary artefacts required for the end-to-end procurement process (Procurement / Negotiation strategy, ITT or ITN inclusive of LOD (Lines of Defense) processes and mobilisation plan). This would be conducted in conjunction with the wider client team, stakeholders and within the relevant client governance framework
