Description
London borough of Hackney has a legal obligation under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 to ensure the safety of their employee - Regulation 4 of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at Work Regulation 1992 makes it clear that employers must provide suitable PPE for employers exposed to Health and Safety risks. Having staff in corporate uniform they are easily identifiable and gives confidence to the member of public and stakeholders.
