ESCC - DE - PM13 Sorrel Drive Children's Resource - Refurbishment Works

The works comprises the refurbishment and improvement works to 2no. care suites. Care suite A shall be converted into an anti-tamper proof wash suite and care suite B shall maintain its same function but in line with modern standards. This includes replacement and upgrade of mobility access equipment. The project also includes the replacement of the existing school communal mechanical ventilation system with a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system.
