Reactive Repairs, Major Works, Voids, Adaptations & Disrepair

mhs homes has it's own Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), which undertakes reactive repairs, void works and kitchen and bathroom installations. The purpose of this contract is to supplement mhs homes' DLO where there are peaks of work to ensure timescales for repairs and major works are continually met for our customers.
