Business Rate Retention Pilot - Pre start and start up support (Business Services)

Somerset County Council are looking to procure business services to provide Pre-Start and new Start-Up business support as part of the Business Rate Retention Pilot (BRRP). The BRRP programme will provide a local strategic response to the "ideas" and "business environment" foundations of growth and productivity from the Government's UK Industrial Strategy.
