Home Recovery Service

This service will deliver safe, strengths based, personalised care services delivered at home when discharged from hospital with care and support needs; or conversely for people with care and support needs already in the community but, due to illness or injury, they are at risk of hospital admission.We are therefore holding a Provider Engagement Event at Priory House, Monks Walk, Shefford.
