STDL-PROC-0078 - Grounds & Facilities Management Services

The contract requires a provider to manage the Teesworks Estate; including the provision of: - Communal Estate Management Services and Service Charge Administration - Commercial Services Management and Charges Administration - Management and maintenance of the owners retained non-communal estate (voids) The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive Facilities management contract to Teesworks throughout the premises, delivered in a safe and efficient manner. The Contractor shall undertake all tasks normally associated with a professional Facilities management contract.
