The Children and Young People's Weight Management Service in Hertfordshire offers a comprehensive program designed to support children and young people in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. This service includes a 'Healthy Lifestyle Programme' that provides personalised support to help participants make sustainable lifestyle changes.
