GB-London: Replacement of Chiller and Associated Works at IWM North

The project consists of a new air-cooled liquid chiller to replace the existing water cooled chillers mounted in the ground floor plantroom. The existing chillers reject heat to the canal water but this is no longer viable. The new chiller will be mounted in the present car park with the chilled water piped back to the existing plantroom where they will be connected to the existing chilled water system. This system will be modified to allow the disconnection of underfloor cooling zones from the condenser water circuit and the present AHU No 5 to be disconnected from the central chilled water system. The underfloor heating will remain whilst AHU No 5 will have a new dx cooling coil and new dx condensers.
