Renewal of Support and Maintenance Services for the provision of the Evolve electronic medical records software

South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust requires the continued functionality of an electronic document management system which was originally awarded to Specialist Computer Centres (SCC) via Sprint II framework agreement number RM720 and called off on 28th November 2011 Reference number SO005181. Given the Trust continues to use the system it is necessary to continue the support and maintenance which the trust understands can only be provided by Kainos Evolve. A potential new supplier would require substantial duplication of costs already incurred.
