Tender for the Supply of Deployable Cameras - AWARD

Tender for the Supply of Deployable Cameras Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council has a current requirement to purchase the number re-deployable cameras and associated items as specified in the specification/price schedule for use around the six towns of the Borough to assist with targeted crime, disorder and anti-social behaviour. Primarily, the cameras shall be monitored via the Council's CCTV and Concierge control room at Roway Lane in Oldbury, but shall also be capable of being monitored via Wi-Fi access from a laptop with pre-installed software. The scope of this procurement is for the supply of the current pre-determined number of re-deployable 4G cameras with some technical support to assist the Council with the integration of the new cameras into their existing systems. It is also anticipated that further funding will be provided to purchase a further quantity during the current financial year ending 31st March 2019 but this cannot be guaranteed at this stage. Airtime for the 4G cameras is to be included within the supply cost and shall be for a pre-determined amount of time. Priced options shall be provided within the cost breakdown of the attached price schedule.
