St. Johns Church Works Contractor

The Diocese (Rochester Diocesan Society and Board of Finance) with the PCC (Parochial Church Council of St Johns Chatham) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced main contractor to re-order and carry out major repairs to the Grade II Listed St John the Divine Church, Chatham. Medway Council's Category Management Team are running this activity on behalf of the Diocese. Contract is anticipated to run from August 2023 - August 2024 with the works split into two phases.
