Description
Leicestershire County Council (the Employer) is seeking to identify and appoint Suppliers(s) to a Traffic Signs Supply Framework Agreement (Framework). The proposed Framework period is two years with potential extensions of a further two years in one year increments subject to performance. The contract is divided into two Lots. Lot 1 is for the supply and delivery of permanent traffic signs and ancillary items; Lot 2 is for the supply and delivery of temporary traffic signs and ancillary items. The Employers current spend on Lot 1 is approximately £100,000 per annum. However in circumstances where additional funding is made available to the Employer during the life of the Framework, it believes estimated spend may be up to £200,000 per annum. The anticipated spend on Lot 2 is up to £100, 000 per annum. The estimated value through the Framework is not guaranteed and is dependent on budgets made available to the Employer. The Employer intends to appoint up to 4nr (four) Suppliers to the Lot 1 framework and 3nr (three) Suppliers to the Lot 2 framework. Goods will generally be delivered to the Employers premises at Croft and Mountsorrel in Leicestershire. Tenderers may apply for both Lots and be appointed to both Lots.
