Kitchen & Bathroom Refurbishment Programme

THIS NOTICE IS ON BEHALF OF ARUN DISTRICT COUNCIL Arun District Council intends to embark on a programme of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment across its property portfolio. The Council is seeking tenders from suitable contractors to undertake the refurbishment and replacement works identified as required, including the provision of materials. The first stage of the programme will take place over the next 2 years, with a possible contract extension of an additional 2yrs if additional funding is available to continue the programme.
