Framework Agreement for Provision of Directional Drilling

This Framework Agreement is to provide Directional Drilling, a method of installing underground pipes, ducts, conduits and cables by using a surface-launched drilling rig, with minimal impact on the surrounding area. The Council's requirements have been split into three lots. It is the Council's intention to award a single supplier for each lot Potential Provider(s) can tender for one or more Lot(s).
