Information, Advice and Guidance Service (Preliminary Market Engagement)

The Authority are undertaking a market engagement exercise to inform the commissioning of Information, Advice and Guidance from the 1 April 2026. The Authority is engaging with potential suppliers to seek views and feedback to the information provided and questionnaire. This is intended to be used to assist the Authority on deciding the next steps for the procurement of Information, advice and guidance service. The Authority are undertaking this Preliminary Market Engagement Exercise to seek views and feedback in relation to the (IAG) Service that is due to commence on the 1st March 2026, for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years at the sole discretion of the Authority. It is intended to be used to assist the Authority on deciding the next steps for the procurement of this service.
