Description
Tunbridge Wells Borough Council ("the Council") and Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council ("TMBC") have a partnership arrangement to carry out Closed Circuit Television ("CCTV") Monitoring. As part of the partnership arrangement the Council, through a private contract, manages the monitoring contract whilst TMBC manage the hardware and maintenance contract. The Purpose of this Contract is: • To provide and manage suitably qualified and trained CCTV operators • To monitor, manage and operate images from the CCTV System • To monitor associated radio and telephone communications • To initiate an appropriate response to incidents, reviews and associated operational requests • To provide agreed statistical information to the Council and to TMBC as and when required Key Dates and Timeline: • FTS Notice: Monday, 8 November 2021 • Tender documents Released: Monday, 8 November 2021 • CCTV Control Room Visit: Monday 22nd November 2021 • Expressions of Interest Deadline: Monday, 6th December 2021 • Closing date for submission returns: 12:00pm on Monday, 13th December 2021 • Contract award: Week Commencing 21 February 2022 • Commence Contract: Wednesday,1 June 2022
