FOI/SARS Case Management System 2026-2030

Hampshire County Council has entered into a new contract to support the management of Freedom of Information requests, Subject Access Requests, Environmental Information Regulations requests and complaints. This solution is used across the organisation to log, track and process statutory casework, ensuring the Council meets its legal obligations and maintains effective service delivery. The contract has been awarded via a framework call-off under the CCS G Cloud 14 Framework.
