Contract for Renew Roof Refurbishment Works at Tudhoe Industrial Estate Units 1-12

The primary objective of the Contract is for renewal of roof with galvanised Steel Coated / Plastisol PVC roofing system at Tudhoe Industrial state Units 1 – 12. This has been split over 2 blocks at Tudhoe industrial Estate. The contractor is to price these works on the basis that one block must be completed in its entirety before another is started on the Estate. Tenants will remain within the units for the duration of the works. A phased programme of works is to be agreed by the Client and tenants prior to works proceeding onsite.
