Decarbonisation of Heat Measures

The Council declared a climate emergency and is set to become carbon neutral by 2040 and the retrofit and heat decarbonisation of our corporate assets is a key action to achieve this target. For this purpose, the Council is inviting partners under the Retrofit Accelerator Workplaces Scheme to propose a range of retrofit opportunities across the first phase of buildings with associated figures for capital investment, annual cost savings and carbon reductions.
