Supply and Maintenance of Automated Public Conveniences - Pre-market Engagement

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea ('the Authority') is engaging in this pre-market consultation in order to determine whether it is possible to hold a genuine competition amongst suitably qualified providers for the supply and maintenance of automated public conveniences. The Authority is requesting expressions of interest through its electronic procurement portal, capitalEsourcing. In the event that no expressions of interest are received or no suitable expressions of interest, the Authority reserves the right to award the contract under Regulation 32 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
