Pebblebrook School - Asbestos Removal

1. To strip, remove and dispose of the AIB ceiling tiles to the corridor area on the ground floor ref G27 2. Also, to strip remove and dispose of the AIB ceiling tiles to the first floor ref F04, F05, F14, F15 (stairwell), F17, F25, F26 (stairwell) and F31 (panel). 3. To strip, remove and dispose of the AIB panels to the timber infill panels within stairwells F15 and F26. 4. To strip remove and dispose of floor tiles, stair nosing and caulk to rooms G01, G08, G10, F02, F15, F18, F19 and F26. 5. To remove and dispose of 11No. toilet cisterns. 6. Work to be carried out under both fully and semi controlled conditions. To vacuum, decontaminate and prepare for air testing. 7. To provide a UKAS accredited laboratory to carry out 4 stage clearance testing and provide a certificate of reoccupation.
