Wirral Council is seeking to appoint and organisation or consortium of organisations to provide a range of statutory and non-statutory advocacy support. This tender is for the provision of a Wirral Advocacy Hub; it will include the provision of Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA), Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA), Care Act Advocacy (CA), General Advocacy (GA), Self-Advocacy (SA) and Peer Advocacy (PA).
