Cambridge City Council - Mill Road / Cromwell Road community facility contract

Cambridge City Council are seeking an operator for two new purpose built community facilities. These come with a lease to manage the facility for the purpose of enhancing amenities and community activity in the local neighbourhoods in which they sit. The premises are currently under construction and seek an operator who will be responsible for the day to day running, leasing and management of the facilities once construction is complete (ETA 2021).
