Solent Cultural Plan Development

Portsmouth City Council, on behalf of the Solent LEP, is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to develop and deliver a Solent Cultural Plan that tells the story of the Solent region and what makes it distinctive and that sets a clear vision to optimise and grow the Solent's cultural economy through evidenced priorities, tested through consultation. This is an opportunity to produce the first Solent Cultural Plan, shining a spotlight on the key culture, heritage, and landscape assets which make and define the Solent as a special place to live, work, visit, invest and study.
