The administration/delivery of a financial support scheme for heat networks, known as the Heat Networks Investment Project (HNIP)

Government is currently running the HNIP as a pilot. This PIN concerns the procurement of the delivery of the main scheme, with an OJEU Notice and Tender documentation expected to be published in April 2018. BEIS is seeking to appoint supplier(s) to administer the HNIP.
