LTE Group - Principal Designer and Client Adviser

The procurement of Principal Designer to act as the Clients Principal Designer and Adviser from RIBA stage 1 to 7 to design and deliver new and refurbished facilities at the Openshaw Campus, and a new Manchester City Centre campus. Co-ordinating with the lead designer to design and deliver to the client's budget, programme and aspirations for innovative facilities via a design and build contract including novation.
