Description
The Adult Learning Service (ALS) is seeking approval to establish, with the full support of the Corporate Procurement Unit, a Dynamic Purchasing System through which it can annually procure education and training providers to deliver learning to adults aged 19+ and resident in some of Liverpool's most disadvantaged wards. These providers will have a proven track record of successfully delivering similar activities, a knowledge of local needs and the capacity to provide high quality Liverpool City Region and Ofsted compliant learning opportunities from a range of community based venues located within the targeted wards. It is intended that the Dynamic Purchasing System will initially run for 3 academic years - 2025/26, 2026/27 and 2027/28, with an option to extend this contract for a further 12 months, covering the 2028/29 academic year. Total grant funding available in each academic year, including the contract extension year, will be £900,000
