Homes England- Transport Baseline- Greater Cambridgeshire

Transport work to cover the Greater Cambridge area to include a baseline report-working with partners to report the existing transport network at local, city scale and sub-regional level. This report would cover governance, existing travel patterns, infrastructure and assets, funding and committed transport schemes; Forecasting report- Accounting for growth associated with the Local Plan process and the emerging Cambridge 2050 proposals, a transport forecasting model and report will be produced. This will account for different growth and transport scenarios consistent with DfT guidance, modelled via spreadsheet forecasting tool; Options report- The OR will identify a longlist of potential options, it will also identify other proposals being promoted or having previously been promoted as being suitable.
