Mary Gee Student Accommodation Refurbishment

The University of Leicester is seeking to appoint a main contractor to substantially refurbish the Mary Gee Student Accommodation. The brief comprises instruction to refurbish the site infrastructure, buildings, external works layouts, services plant layouts and BMS controls to deliver a minimum life expectancy of 20 years. It is anticipated the works will start on 30 October 2017 until 31 August 2018, assuming all buildings on site are refurbished.
