ICT18042 - Supply of a Web Based Property Market Information Solution

The Council is seeking to procure a Web Based Property Market Information Solution which provides the following functionality as a minimum: • Access to a market database of properties within 150 miles of Matlock, Derbyshire as set out in the Council Requirements; • The ability to search data using selection criteria; • The ability to export, create and save reports; • Access to past and current rental, sales and purchase data for leasehold and freehold, industrial, commercial, leisure and retail properties.• Transactional data obtained from multiple sources; and • The ability to upload data relating to Properties available for lease or sale by or on behalf of the Council for marketing purposes.
