However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Epping Forest District Council (EFDC) is seeking a modern Housing and Asset Management ICT solution from a suitably qualified supplier. EFDC owns and manages over 6000 social housing property units, with approximately 1000 leasehold properties and 2000 garages. EFDC also owns and manages an array of commercial buildings which include a number of sheltered schemes. The initial contract term will be five years, with an option to extend for (up to) a further five years. Estimated total contract value below is therefore based on the maximum ten-year contract duration.
