Louis Pearlman Centre Plant Room Refurbishment

The removal of existing gas fired heating systems serving two plantrooms at the Louis Pearlman Centre, and replacement with one centralised new gas fired boiler system with amendments to the distribution pipework to suit. Rationalisation of domestic water heating and cold water storage by removing tanks and cylinders to suit one centralised system. Overhauling the controls and BMS system to the entire site accommodating both new and old plant which requires remote viewing and linking into HCC BMS network.
