Description

- provide a call handling service during the Service Hours to deal with emergency repair requests and other reports and to deal with these in an appropriate manner in accordance with agreed standards and procedures ("Emergency Services"); - at defined times, as requested, provide a call handling service (i.e. handling emergency calls only) outside the Service Hours to the same standards as required during the Service Hours (the "Additional Emergency Services"); - at other defined times, as requested, provide a more comprehensive call handling service to deal with all enquiries in an appropriate manner in accordance with agreed standards and procedures (the "All Call Services").
