The University of Salford is seeking to procure the services of a contractor to undertake the refurbishment of a number of W.C's, spanning across the Maxwell Building, Maxwell Hall and Allerton Building, University of Salford. The works to include stripping out all existing furniture, sanitary-ware and services and to supply and install new finishes to walls, floors and ceilings and installation of new furniture and sanitary products as detailed in the schedule of works.
