SCC SS Extra Care Housing Care and Support (Brockhill & Hale End Court)

Surrey County Council is looking for a provider to deliver Care & Support at both Brockhill, an extra care housing scheme run by Woking Borough Council. Such a service is currently, and will in future, be comprised of a dedicated service which delivers a 24/7 emergency care presence alongside a care team to respond to planned support needs amongst SCC-funded residents. Alongside this it has been agreed that a new extra care service that mirrors the Brockhill service will be introduced at Hale End Court, a sister site run by Woking Borough Council. Such a service will replace the current service which is comprised of a daytime emergency response service only. In agreement with Woking Borough Council as landlord, it has been agreed to sequence the approach to market for both settings, such that new providers can be procured for a contract start of 1 June 2023.
