PROVISION OF ISO 14001 ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT STANDARD ACCREDITED CERTIFICATION SERVICES TO CWM TAF MORGANNWG UNIVERSITY HEALTH BOARD (CTMUHB)

• Are you a UKAS accredited ISO 14001 Environmental Management assessment and certification service? • Are you able to undertake the initial assessment by 29 June 2026, to ensure continuing certification against the Standard for CTMUHB as per the included specification? • Are you able to provide ongoing customer service and support in the maintenance of certification as per the included specification? • Are you able to demonstrate relevant knowledge and experience in NHS Wales and in particular CTMUHB? • Are you able to make provision to amend the certification scope during the certification period when CTMUHB organisational changes have occurred (following prior notification by CTMUHB)? Please note this provision will need to be provided at agreed pro rata rates and no claims for loss of profit, disruption of programme will be accepted as per the included specification.
