Disability Support Services Lot 1: Supporting residents to set up and use direct payments to purchase the support they need Lot 2: D/deaf Welfare and Advice Service (in British Sign language). To enable profoundly deaf British Sign Language Users to live independently in the community The proposed contract will be for an initial period of three years with the possibility of one extension of 1 year at the sole discretion of the council. Please note the value of 1108000 applies to the maximum value of both lots. The maximum annual value for Lot 1 is £250000 . The maximum annual value for Lot 2 is £27000.
